HR Administrator

Port Elizabeth

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Experience within the manufacturing sector

  • Knowledgeable in all HR practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Understanding and execute all HR administration functions

  • Knowledgeable in Recruitment criteria and processors

  • Ability to start up new projects and ensure follow-through up to the point of completion

  • Must be familiar with ATR and WSP, Training, and Development.

  • Assist in the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies.

  • Sage People experience.



  • HR Queries: Resolving, checking, capturing, addressing, and handling of queries timorously.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

  • Ensure Proper filing, document management, and good house-keeping.

  • Understanding and execute all HR administration functions

  • Assist in the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies.


HR Manager (Equity)

Port Elizabeth

·         3 year degree / diploma in Human Resources Management

·         10 years HR experience at a senior level, gained preferably in a manufacturing & unionised environment

·         Computer Skills (MS Office / SAP, Visio and MindManager)

·         Knowledge of applicable Company policies

·         Knowledge of Company Benefit Funds

·         Report writing Skills

·         Knowledge of the Codes of Good Practice on BBBEE / EE Legislation and applicable Company policies.

·         Knowledge of pertinent Legislation and Policies

·         Must be prepared to travel


HR Officer (Must be available immediately)


Our client in the automotive component industry is looking to employ a HR Officer.  Must have a tertiary qualification or relevant experience.  MIBCO and VIP Payroll advantageous. Will be preparing wages, IR, HR administration and Recruitment.  Preference will be given to candidates that are available immediately
